Return Policy
Em + Kate will gladly issue store credit or an exchange on full-priced items within 14 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for return:
Receipt (packing slip or emailed receipt) is required
Tags must be attached
Items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and free from odor
All sale items are FINAL SALE.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Please fold your item neatly and return it in its original condition (unwashed, unworn, tags attached) along with a copy of your packing slip or emailed receipt to:

Damaged Items
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation).

Lost in Transit
Em + Kate is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
If your package is lost, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier or contact your local post office for assistance.
